If there is one universal experience that bonds us all most on planet Earth, it’s the humble pint. Surprisingly, The Royal Family are no different to us, with one particular member who enjoys a classic alcoholic beverage. Revealed during the documentary The Real Windsors: The Outspoken Heir, King Charles III apparently enjoys a martini now and again.
Charles' friend Count Tibor Kalnoky explained in the Channel 4 documentary that the King would enjoy "every night" this particular drink when he visited Transylvania. He said: "Prince [King] Charles discovered this very unique corner of Europe and has been coming to this place every year."
He explained that Charles bought a small country house: "I showed him the place and he said it was everything he had been looking for. We spent some time renovating the whole thing."

Tibor finally revealed: "He likes a martini before dinner, that's for sure." He also reported that the King always brings his own glass with him for his martinis whenever he goes travelling.
But what are the other favourite drinks that the royals enjoy? According to Hello! Magazine, Prince Harry opts for a typical British beer. He was spotted with his wife Meghan in the Rose and Crown pub in Berkshire in 2019 and was seen sipping on some pints.
Meghan, like many of us, has a soft spot for a glass of wine. The Duchess of Sussex even labelled her former lifestyle blog The Tig after Tignanello, which is an Italian blended red wine.
Prince William, just like his younger brother, also likes a good pint now and again. The future monarch was seen at Battersea, London's Prince Albert pub in Battersea having a beer with Frank Lampard during the summer of 2020.
